I will be doing weekly check-ins on here and and highlighting what went well and what didn’t go too well. I will also be posting articles, where I will go over topics that I believe will be beneficial for us to be successful. I will be as transparent with you guys as I can.
I took the pictures below last month when I was about 220 lbs. As you can see, there is a lot of work to be done:
Currently I am 215 lbs!
My workout routine:
Day 1: Chest, delts and abs.
Day 2: Triceps, biceps and forearms.
Day 3: Back and traps
Day 4: Legs and abs.
Day 5: Rest Day and then restart the cycle on day 6
I track my macros when it comes to eating and change every 1.5 weeks if I see no changes. Currently my macros are:
Carbs: 255g Fats: 57g Protein: 220g
My goal is to lose weight but at the same time retain most of my muscle mass. Also, I hope that in the process, I can help others reach their weight loss goals.
