Good Day ladies and gent! Well, today is June 2 and summer is fast approaching (officially June 20). If you’ve decided to get your body game on for this year’s summer season, this is the perfect time to try out this extremely effective 8-move home workout that works every single muscle in your body.
This workout is also for individuals who:
- have no access to a gym
- are on vacation and need a workout they can do
- have a busy schedule.
And what’s even better? No equipment is needed!! All you need is the motivation to do it.
These workouts will follow a de-pyramid format where you will complete ten reps of each exercise, followed by nine reps, eight reps, seven reps until you reach 1 rep.
And do not think that this will be a walk in the park! If done correctly, your body should be dripping with sweat. There are no planned rest breaks, but if you need to take one, please do!
Without further ado, let’s get into the workout
The way I like to do this workout plan is to perform them in a “superset.” You would do 10 reps of the shoulder taps followed by 10 reps of push ups. Then return to the shoulder taps and complete 9 reps, followed by 9 reps of push ups and so on until you get to one rep. Then move onto super setting touchdowns with broad jumps, etc.
If that is a little bit difficult for you initially, you can just do each exercise to its completion before moving on to the next one.
